Test Spring School @ ETS'2019 - Focus on Cutting Edge Approaches for Test

RESCUE ETN technically supports the Test Spring School of the European Test Symposium - TSS@ETS. The event will take place in Rastatt, Germany, on May 24-27, 2019.
Here, Ph.D. and M.Sc. students will be introduced into most up-to-date concepts in test, reliability, security, etc. Renowned experts will give lectures and will cover the main challenges of hardware test issues and infrastructures. The spring school also offers the state of the art of test, design for test,and test generation and validation of digital and analog circuits. The overall theme of this year is Cutting Edge Approaches for Test. The first two lectures cover issues related to novelties in defect modeling and test strategies, design for test and test applications. The third and fourth lectures cover formal techniques in test generation and beyond, and infrastructure for test and diagnosis. One of the last two lectures covers system level testing whereas the other lecture covers analog, mixed-signal and RF IC testing with integrated test approaches.

2nd RESCUE Winter Workshop in Rotterdam

Delft University of Technology organises the 5-day Internal 2nd RESCUE ETN Winter Workshop on December 10-14, 2018. The event will be held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands in the WorlWings hotel. The technical training focus of this edition is on Security Aspects of Electronic Systems. This topic is covered by four comprehensive tutorials. Complementary skills training puts emphasis on communication skills including technical writing and presentation.

This edition of the internal workshop is co-located with the H2020 RESCUE Mid-Term Review Meeting. Early-stage researchers will present their research and training progress to the Project Officer and assigned external experts.  

Test Spring School @ ETS'2018 - Focus on Hardware Safety and Security

RESCUE ETN technically supports the Test Spring School of the European Test Symposium - TSS@ETS. The event will take place in the scenic Etelsen Castle next to Bremen, Germany, on May 25-28, 2018. The overall theme of this TSS@ETS edition is Hardware Safety and Security. Renowned experts will give lectures and will cover the main challenges of hardware functional safety, verification, validation and test, as well as cryptographic hardware essentials, security threats of hardware infrastructures and authentication side channel attacks in the context of hardware security.

8th BELAS Summer School in Tallinn on June 20-22, 2018

RESCUE consortium will organize 8th BELAS "Biannual European – Latin American Summer School on Design, Test and Reliability" on June 20-22, 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia. We do not want to miss a single summer! BELAS is organized twice a year during the summers in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Distinguished speakers from Latin America and Europe will share their knowledge with PhD students, engineers and researchers. Participants are invited to present their research at the PhD Forum. This time we will celebrate the 5th anniversary of BELAS.

1st RESCUE Winter Workshop, Cottbus and Frankfurt-Oder, December 11-15, 2017

Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg and IHP Microelectronics organise the first 5-day internal RESCUE ETN Winter Workshop in December, 2017. The event will be held in Cottbus, Germany in the BTU campus with one training day at the IHP site in Frankfurt-Oder. The event targets to gather for the first time the complete RESCUE training network including the 15 recruited ESRs, academic and industrial supervisors, external and internal trainers of technical and transferable skills, partner organisation members and advisory board members.
