Application procedure

Application procedure

Eligible applicants should indicate maximum three preferences out of the 15 ESR projects, noting their first, second and third choice. The following documents should be submitted during application:

1) A cover letter detailing candidate's suitability for the position including an outline of professional and research experiences and research interests.

2) A detailed CV;

3) Copy of student's record / a copy of the last (highest) degree diploma;

4) Two reference letters OR names, affiliations and contacts of two referees supporting your application.

Applications are collected using the online Application Form.

Applications will be analysed by a Selection Committee. Preselected candidates may be invited for interviews by Skype. Early application leaves more time for communication.

All ESR fellows will start in autumn-winter 2017.

All RESCUE institutions value diversity and are committed to equality of opportunity.

PhD enrolment

The selected ESR fellows will be enrolled into PhD studies at a RESCUE university. The enrolment procedure may require additional documents in paper.

Questions regarding the vacancies (not the applications!) can be sent to e-mail (and the preferred ESR recruitment hosts CC-ed).
